How does this get me more reviews?

Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They get a normal WhatsApp message and tap one button. It opens your Google review page in their browser or Maps app.
Is asking for reviews allowed by Google?
Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask customers for reviews. It forbids paying or rewarding people for reviews and asking only the happy ones. ReviewFlow asks everyone the same way and never offers anything in return.
Which number do the messages come from?
From your business's own WhatsApp Business number, connected during setup, so customers see a name they already know.
Do customers need to agree to messages?
Yes. Before you send, you confirm the customer agreed to hear from you, and we save the time of that consent. Anyone can reply STOP and they will never be asked again.
Can I send in Arabic?
Every message comes in English and Arabic. Pick the language per customer, and reply drafts work in both.
Can I send to many customers at once?
Yes. Paste a list or upload a CSV of up to 100 customers and send in one go.
How do reply drafts work?
When a review comes in, one tap writes a reply in English or Arabic. You read it, change what you like and post it. Nothing is posted without you.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from Settings in two clicks. If you cancel during the trial you pay nothing.
What happens to my customers' data?
We keep only what is needed to send a request: first name, number, language and the consent time. We never sell or share it, and you can delete a customer at any time.
