Terms of Service

In short: ask for reviews honestly, message only people who agreed to hear from you, and cancel whenever you like. If you cancel during the 14-day trial, you pay nothing.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you, the business using ReviewFlow, and UNREEL (Unreel Creative For Design Services), a business licensed in the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trade licence no. 1619197), which operates ReviewFlow. By creating an account, you accept these terms on behalf of your business.
2. The service
ReviewFlow lets you send review requests to your customers on WhatsApp, see and reply to your Google reviews, and track your results. We improve the service over time, so features may change.
3. Your account
- Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- Each subscription covers one business location.
4. Free trial
New businesses get a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically and your card is charged, unless you cancel before the trial ends. Each business can use one free trial.
5. Plans and billing
- ReviewFlow costs USD 39 a month or USD 390 a year, billed in advance through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Taxes such as VAT may be added where they apply.
- WhatsApp’s own message fees are charged by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account and are not included in the plan price.
- If we change prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before the change applies to you.
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time in Settings. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.
7. Rules for using ReviewFlow
You agree that you will:
- Message only people who have given you permission to contact them on WhatsApp, and record that permission honestly.
- Stop messaging anyone who opts out.
- Not offer money, discounts, gifts or any other reward in exchange for a review.
- Not ask only satisfied customers, and not filter out customers you expect to be unhappy.
- Not write, buy or arrange fake reviews, or review your own business.
- Follow Google’s review policies, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including those on personal data and electronic communications.
- Not enter medical or other sensitive information about your customers.
- Not use ReviewFlow to send spam, harm others, or interfere with the service.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, especially if Google or Meta reports misuse.
8. Your data
Your customer lists, messages and replies belong to you. You allow us to process them only to provide ReviewFlow, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your customers’ data and for having their permission to message them; we process it on your instructions.
9. Google, Meta and other services
ReviewFlow relies on services run by other companies, including Google, Meta (WhatsApp) and Stripe. Their availability, rules and fees are outside our control. Google and Meta decide whether to approve API access and message templates, and if they change or limit access, some features may stop working or change.
10. No guaranteed results
We cannot promise any particular number of reviews, rating or search ranking.
11. Availability
We work to keep ReviewFlow available and reliable, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. We will give notice before making changes that significantly reduce what your plan includes.
12. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, ReviewFlow is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to ReviewFlow is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost reviews or harm to reputation.
14. Your responsibility to us
If a claim is made against us because you broke these terms or the law, for example by messaging people without their permission, you will cover the reasonable costs and losses that result.
15. Ending the agreement
You can stop using ReviewFlow at any time. We may end the agreement if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. After an account is closed, we delete its data as described in our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
17. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above, and email you about significant changes. Continuing to use ReviewFlow after a change means you accept it.
